Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

All orders of $75 or more qualify for free economy shipping within the mainland United States. No promotional code is needed.

United States Shipping Coverage

Shipping within the United States includes the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to:

  • Free Shipping is not included for Hawaii and Alaska 
  • We do not ship to APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, and the Virgin Islands

Order Processing Times

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for all orders to ship.
  • Orders containing items with special services require an additional three days of handling prior to shipping.

Shipping FAQs

  • Business Days: Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States).
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping rates for US and Canadian destinations are based on the merchandise total and selected service level.
  • Credit Card Charges: Orders paid via credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Shipping Guidelines

  • United States & Canada: Shipping rates are determined by the merchandise total and service level.
  • International Orders: A flat rate applies to all international orders placed from our US site.

Fulfillment Time

When selecting a shipping speed, add 48 hours to the chosen service speed to account for fulfillment time.

Canadian Orders

  • Orders to a Canadian P.O. Box must ship Economy (via Canada Post Parcel Service).
  • Duty and tax calculations for shipments outside the United States are the responsibility of the customer and vary based on the delivery location and merchandise value.

Freight Supply Co. is not responsible for any accrued import duties and taxes, as these fees are collected by your local government.

Shipping Issue Resolution

For shipment issues, please contact the carrier directly. While Freight Customer Service will assist where possible, we cannot be held responsible for delivery issues, including:

  • Delivery to the wrong address
  • Items lost or stolen in transit
  • Delays caused by third-party shipping companies, postal depots, or freight forwarders

Returns and Exchanges

We appreciate your business and hope you love your purchase! If not, we offer free returns with a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with hang tags attached.
  • International sales are final unless the item is defective at delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Have your order number and email address ready (order number can be found in the confirmation email or on the packing slip).

Exchanges

  • We will exchange unwashed, unworn items with hang tags for another size or color of the same item.
  • Once the carrier scans the provided label, your new order will be prepared for shipment (typically within 24 hours).

Returns

  • Initiate returns through the returns portal.
  • Receive a prepaid return label via email.
  • Upon warehouse receipt and inspection, a refund or store credit will be issued (assuming the item is in like-new condition). Refunds are processed within 3-4 business days.

Refunds and Credits

  • Refunds and credits are applied to the original method of payment.
  • Processing time: 3 business days after warehouse approval.
  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • If an exchange or repair cannot be completed, we may issue a gift card or store credit at our discretion.
