1. Eligibility

The Freight Turtlebox Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the continental United States (48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible.

Employees, officers, owners, and immediate family members of Freight Supply Co. LLC and its affiliated companies are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins when the promotional post is published on the @freightbeer Instagram account and ends:

August 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter:

1. Follow @freightbeer on Instagram.
2. Comment on the official Giveaway post and tag two friends.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Entrants must be following @freightbeer at the time the winner is selected.

Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated in the Giveaway post.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One custom Freight Turtlebox Classic speaker

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $430.00

The custom Freight Turtlebox is a limited promotional item and is not currently offered for retail sale by Freight.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.

No alcoholic beverages are included with the prize.

5. Winner Selection

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will take place on or around August 19, 2026.

The potential winner will be contacted only by Freight through the official @freightbeer Instagram account.

The potential winner may be required to provide information necessary to verify age, identity, eligibility, and shipping information before receiving the prize.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Freight may select an alternate winner at random.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

7. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize grants Freight permission to use the winner's first name, Instagram handle, likeness, photograph, and/or submitted content in connection with announcing and promoting the Giveaway without additional compensation.

9. Instagram / Meta Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Freight and not to Instagram or Meta and release Instagram and Meta from responsibility related to the administration of this Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Turtlebox.

Turtlebox is not responsible for the administration, promotion, fulfillment, or selection of the winner of this Giveaway.

Turtlebox and its affiliated companies have no responsibility or liability in connection with the Giveaway. Turtlebox trademarks, product names, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

11. General Conditions

Freight reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, incomplete, inappropriate, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

Freight reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, unauthorized intervention, or circumstances outside Freight's reasonable control affect the fairness or proper administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Freight regarding administration of the Giveaway.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Freight, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
