Returns and Exchanges

We appreciate your business and hope you love your purchase! If not, we offer free returns with a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with hang tags attached.
  • International sales are final unless the item is defective at delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Have your order number and email address ready (order number can be found in the confirmation email or on the packing slip).

Exchanges

  • We will exchange unwashed, unworn items with hang tags for another size or color of the same item.
  • Once the carrier scans the provided label, your new order will be prepared for shipment (typically within 24 hours).

Returns

  • Initiate returns through the returns portal.
  • Receive a prepaid return label via email.
  • Upon warehouse receipt and inspection, a refund or store credit will be issued (assuming the item is in like-new condition). Refunds are processed within 3-4 business days.

Refunds and Credits

  • Refunds and credits are applied to the original method of payment.
  • Processing time: 3 business days after warehouse approval.
  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • If an exchange or repair cannot be completed, we may issue a gift card or store credit at our discretion.
